Mikaela Gauer is a Canadian creative director and photographer working globally.

A lifetime pursuit of international travel and transcultural experiences has directly informed her artistic point-of-view. Gauer spent her early years in magazine publishing and went on to concept, shoot, and direct print and film campaigns for luxury brands. She is a swiss army knife, adept at production and excelling at creative ideation and execution. After 16 years in New York City, Gauer is now based on the west coast - working at the intersection of art and strategy to create impactful visual narratives for brands that resonate with global audiences.

Gauer’s love of adventure has taken her to 50+ countries worldwide. She’s found beauty in every corner of the earth, and her profound intention is to capture and celebrate all of it.
